An ERP and its companion app, built end to end
Hassan Enterprise ran on paper and spreadsheets. I architected a single integrated platform — NestJS services, a Next.js admin, and a React Native app for the floor — and migrated the business onto it.

The problem
Records lived in ledgers and spreadsheets held by individual staff. Nothing reconciled: stock counts, orders and invoices disagreed, and every report was assembled by hand.
Approach
One NestJS service owns the domain and exposes a versioned REST API with JWT role scopes. The Next.js admin handles setup and reporting; the React Native app handles what happens away from a desk — stock moves, order entry, delivery confirmation — queueing writes when the connection drops.
Architecture
Outcome
Workflow digitization across the business: one integrated platform in place of manual record-keeping, with reporting available the same day rather than at month end.
